Your store and configuration
You are responsible for your store, product availability, prices, lawful promotional claims, delivery promises and the settings you publish. Test your cart and checkout with your theme before enabling Carterie on a customer-facing store. Only publish ratings and review counts you can substantiate.
Shopify controls checkout, inventory, discounts and payment processing. The compatibility guide explains supported integrations and fallback behavior. Disabling the Carterie embed restores native cart navigation.
Charges and availability
Any app subscription price, trial and billing interval must be shown and approved through Shopify before a charge applies. Development-store testing is not billed. We do not charge a payment card directly through Carterie.
We maintain the app and may update it for platform compatibility. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Shopify or Cloudflare services. Please report issues so we can investigate and assist. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
Ending use
You may disable or uninstall the app at any time through Shopify. Data retention and deletion are described in our privacy policy.
